After being stuck in the house for 2 days, we resorted to a cookie contest yesterday! It was Dan, Mahlon and Sam versus me, Marissa and Connor. We finally were able to get Kiffany, her daughter-in-law Beth and grandson, Anthony over to judge for us. Brad wasn't feeling well so we sent some home for him to judge, too. The kids all had a fun time with it and we all got a yummy treat!
Mine, Marissa and Connors-They came out a little flat and a little over-cooked because Dan was trying to sabotage us by changing my oven temperature!
Dan, Mahlon and Sammy's-Look really yummy...big and fluffy!
So...who do you think won?
The judges chose the flatter, not-so-good-looking cookies!! My team!! Yeah for us!!
I love this picture of Anthony and Sammy...he thinks that the bigger boys hung the moon and you can tell in this photo!
